Summary

Real talk time.  Let's talk about weight loss obstacles or as some people call them, excuses.  Excuses are like t-shirts.  Everyone has some and no one cares. I know, this is harsh talk, but sometimes we gotta be real with one another and realize that the person in charge of fixing our problems in life is between our ears.  

I share some of my own stories about how I overcame obstacles on my weight loss journey.

You could actually do this on like a bike or a rower, something more like cardio where you could like ramp it up and dial it back. And I take you on a little bit of a journey there. And we, we're not talking in your ear and it's, and help encourage you to spend a little time in your own head.

It is the sort of thing I would encourage you to do more than once. So once you've done it before, maybe go back and try it again, because then you'll know what's coming. And then you could maybe prepare a little bit more. And for some of you, if you don't know, I don't want to tell you too much because part of the fun is going on it and not knowing what is coming.

None of this crazy stupid suggestion. Like, oh, I need to cut out all carbs and all sugars and all anything that is, you know, tasty and delicious. Now, look, if you have a health or medical reason you need to cut something out, that is just fine. But if you don't, why on earth would you want to diet the hard way?

We don't encourage dieting the hard way. We encourage dieting the easy way because losing
