I'm awesome sometimes how I remain optimistic, upbeat, how I find fun and pleasure even in odd or undesirable circumstances.

And it's so interesting to me, right?

It's so interesting why people question happiness and joy and choosing it.

And it's as if there's a belief somewhere

that it's reserved for a special few.

Only a special few people get to experience joy and

fun and happiness and it's simply not true in any moment. In any moment we get to choose. I mean lately I've even been going to the doctor for something that I've

uncovered that I just have to do a few more scans with and I even bring a good attitude to the doctor's office.

Why? Because that's in my power and I know no matter what is happening life is supposed to be fun

Why do you think we're all here? We are not here for a long time my friends, right? We only have a precious few years on planet Earth and we never know when they are going to end.

And so, yeah, not all day, every day, but overall, I am going to enjoy mine with purpose, with intention.

It's almost as if these three words can become a mantra. You can write them down, you can put them in a note in your phone,

make it your screen background, your wallpaper on your smartphone, wherever you go so you can see the words often.

I am temporary.

It's all temporary, everything that you see now, look out the window, the buildings, the people, the

season, all of it. It's all temporary. Are you enjoying it? That is the point, isn't it? We're not sitting here to suffer, to live a limited life,

to learn lessons through stress. I mean we do learn lessons through stress but why not

let some joy in why not let some fun and why not take it all a little less seriously why because nothing is permanent nothing is

fixed the nature of the universe itself is expanding constantly and we're only here for a short period. The mantra that can free you,

the mantra that can give you perspective, the truth that you can remind yourself of daily,

regularly, oh my gosh it just make you love everybody.
