As I record this, my husband and I are preparing for our trip to Mexico City.

I've never been, I'm so excited, it's a birthday trip for me,

area that I haven't had too many struggles in right we all have our areas to you know that give us a lot of opportunities for growth and marriage certainly is one.

But I would say overall my marriage is an easy part of my life and that's because I've done a lot of work on myself, right? The work that I

the best thing I've done for my marriage for sure is working on my own consciousness, working on my own awareness, understanding how my mind works, understanding my belief system.

It's funny because I think sometimes people assume that a good marriage is,

oh you know it's compromise and it's doing the work together and it's almost like the

state of suffering or toil that you have to go through and I don't believe that I think that if I'm constantly working on my mind, I'm aware of what my mind is doing, I'm aware of my emotions, and I'm conscious, right? I'm constantly in my own personal development world, then that allows a lot of things in my life to be easier.

Right, because I've, you know, even recently I saw a friend and she had a lot to say about her husband, a lot of things that weren't great, frankly.
