Yeah, this is the one for confidence, so we're going to put our hands here, and let's

begin.

I want you all to take a few moments and close your eyes, get comfortable.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths, fill your stomach, expand with each inhalation,

and gently contract as you breathe out.

There's no specific breathing style that I want for you to follow right now.

However, you've been breathing has gotten you this far in life, and I want you to trust

that you intuitively know what's right for you in this moment.

As you breathe in and out, I want you to notice any tension you fill in your body.

I want you to allow it to gradually dissipate, let some shit go with every breath.
