Good morning my friends. Welcome back to the morning mindset. It's time for you and for me to get our minds aligned with the truth of God. I hope you're ready for that today. I want to say a special welcome to friends who are

listening around the world. I'm looking through the stats right now. And we have so many

listeners, listening in so many places. Canada, Australia, the Philippines, South Africa, Singapore,

India, Germany, Nigeria, New Zealand, Kenya, Ireland, Belgium, Malaysia, so many places.

I could just go on and on. There's over

193 different places. Thank you for listening. I'm praying for you today

that you will be encouraged in God's truth today as you listen to the morning mindset.

And I want to encourage you if you're able, get out your Bible.

Look at these passages along with me as we go through the scriptures.

All right, we're in Romans chapter 7,

and we are about to dive into

some of the most helpful passages

in the New Testament, in my mind.

These are passages that start to describe situations you and I face every single day of our lives

and show us how the Apostle Paul first of all thought about these things based on the truth he had been taught from Jesus

And secondly how he lived in accordance with that truth. Okay, so those are great things for us to learn from.

Let's get our minds aligned this morning with his truth.

Now we're gonna pick up in Romans chapter 7 verse number 13.

And Paul is wrapping up this section where he's telling us

that the Old Testament law is not our guideline anymore the Holy Spirit now is our guide, a person, not a set of rules, a person to guide us

into truth in the way that we live and to guide us in actions that we do. And the good news is the Holy Spirit who authored the Old Testament law will guide us into conformity with it.

We don't have to worry about what are the rules. We now have a person standing right beside us, giving his guidance
