| 1:20.4 | If you're not a diabetic, if you have blood sugars less than 54, |
| 1:24.8 | they consider you having hypoglycemia. |
| 1:28.5 | But when you start a ketogenic plan, and you're not consuming large amounts of carbs anymore, |
| 1:35.6 | your body is going to burn ketones and fat, and no longer dependent on glucose. |
