Today's 10-minute walk is happening BC before coffee.

I've actually gotten into this routine where I saved my first cup of coffee until after I returned from a walk.

It had been for, oh, forever, where coffee was like one of the first things.

But now I wait until after I'm done my walk.

So it's early in the morning if I don't sound quite awake, We can blame the routine of waiting on the coffee until after the walk.

Recently, our next door neighbor went to the hospital in an ambulance,

which is always a scary thing when you see your neighbor being wheeled out of the house on a

stretcher and put into the ambulance. He was home later that day. Turns out the symptoms

that he was experiencing, which were pretty severe in the moment, were actually because

of dehydration. He had no idea.

He had no idea he was dehydrated. That, I'm sure, shook him. It also reinforced this new

routine that I began. It's been, I don't know, two, three months now. And I've talked about it,

and I wanted to give you an update, this habit of drinking more water. And you can consult the

experts, and I've looked online, looked for expert opinion, how much water should we drink. The opinion that I've

landed on is half my body weight in ounces. And if you look online, talk to professionals.
