Hello, and welcome to another edition of the Byron New York Show, the No-Chit Chat Podcast.

We'd like to get right into it and what we're going to get into today is Hunter Biden and

the shame of social media.

Probably should say the shame of all media in addition to social media, but we'll get

into that too.

You may have seen it, the New York Times published a story about the investigation into President

Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.

Now this is a federal tax and foreign lobbying investigations going on, being run by the

US Attorney in Delaware, Trump appointed by the way.

The New York Times reported that Hunter Biden has paid off a, quote, significant tax liability,

which they don't say exactly how much it is, but then they say then they quote somebody

is saying it's thought to be about a million, more than a million dollars.

So more than a million dollars, I think we could all agree is significant.

Is it $10 million?

Is it $1.1 million?

Is it $100 million?

I don't know.

We don't know.

But said to be more than a million dollars and he's doing this in hopes of fending off indictment

in the belief that prosecutors realizing that a jury would likely go easier on somebody

who's actually paid his tax debt might make it, it might be more difficult to press the

case and then so therefore prosecutors will not indict him.
