So let's begin by coming to the front of your yoga mat.

within and just listening to your body and your breath. So come to the top of the yoga mat

in Tadassanam mountain pose. So bring those feet together. Heal slightly apart. Stand up nice and tall.

Lift your toes, spread them wide, drop them back down. Feel the weight evenly distributed
