I love your book.

I love the concept and the whole way that you're spreading spirituality in a really fun,

light-filled, tangible way through the Red Book, a deliciously unorthodox approach to igniting your divine spark. Now, tell me where you got this title and the tagline. How did this come to you?

Well, the title is actually based on my original red journal

where this book began, actually, when I was in grad school. So I just use this journal as a place

to sort of come back to over and over again. And then what ended up happening is I tried to write about my experience of

using this red journal. And over time, it grew and grew into something that resembled a book.
