Welcome, Sark. Thank you, Kimberly. It's such a treat to have you. I have known about you for at least a decade now, and I'm sitting here surrounded by some of the first books I picked up of yours and some of your most recent ones. So it's an absolute treat to have you on the show. Well, I'm so excited, and it sounds like a Sark Haven over there. It is a Sark Haven. Now tell me, this is probably a question you're asked a lot, and I'm just dying to know,

It's more of a personal question, but what is a typical day like for Sark?

Well, first of all, there's no typical.

I've changed a lot.

I was completely nocturnal for the first 45 years.

And about three years ago, I became a diurnal day person.

So this is a huge change.

And as you can imagine, I used to stay up all night and go to sleep about 7 in the morning

and sleep until about 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

And now I'm asleep by 11 or midnight and up at 6, 7, or eight, and stay up all day.
