All right, a tractor trailer hauling a load overturned in New York's Columbia County, resulting of what local sheriff's office described as, quote, a significant spill. Columbia County Sheriff Donald J. Kraft. He said that investigators are probing the cause of the single vehicle crash, quote, the tractor trailer, which was hauling cargo, overturned on its side, resulting in said significant spill.
