Have you ever put your phone down and go, okay, it's time to work, but you found it really hard to

stay engaged, especially getting into deep work? And 10 minutes into it, 15 minutes into it,

you're picking up your phone and you're back on social media and then you put it back down and

you go, I got to get back to work. I know that you've gone through this. Well, we know that

chronic social media use reduces prefrontal cortex activity. So we're not able to have those checkpoints and regulate.
