Well, that's what we're going to be talking about today is I'm going to go into the cognitive distortions that may be running your life without you even knowing it. And so I'm going to go through the six most common cognitive distortions that exist. Now, we've all heard that perception is |
| 1:39.5 | reality, right? The fact is, that's not true at all. Your perception is what you think is reality. Your |
| 1:48.6 | perception is not absolute reality. In fact, your perception is usually not reality at all. Your |
| 1:56.7 | brain filters and distorts everything that comes into your brain through your five senses. |

| 2:23.3 | And so like I said, in psychologies, these are called cognitive distortions. |

| 2:32.4 | Cognitive distortions are biased ways of thinking that reinforce your beliefs |
