Everyone that lived through 2020 is no stranger to added stress. On top of our normal busy lives, a once in 100 years pandemic came through and challenged us in ways we could have never imagined just one year ago.

Perspective is always important to keep, but when things get hectic and stressful, we tend to lose focus. In today's podcast we go over a grounding exercise that you can do the bring you back into the now and help you maintain your positive mindset. This Grounding technique is called the 5-4-3-2-1 technique and it offers benefits such as decreased anxiety, improved alertness, improved sleep patterns and an improved immune system.
