Well, we've talked on prior episodes about how you can teach your children to read the Bible and understand it themselves.

But what if the ways that you connect with God are different from your child and from your spouse?

Well, I'm John Fuller, and I'm joined by the head of our parenting department here, Dr. Danny Werta.

And Danny, when it comes to guiding kids spiritually, I wonder what you and Heather had in terms

of strengths and interests in how those related to how you trained up your kids.

Oh, very, very different.

And Heather, Heather was more of the structured type.

She's task-focused.

She is good at looking for. And Heather, Heather was more of the structured type. She's task focused.

She is good at looking for devotionals and wanting to do devotions and more of the structure of things. And she would actually ask us, did you pray about that?

She's very consistent with certain rhythms in life. So that's been her strength,
