design affects productivity and creates purpose. So one of the things, Dan, that we tried to do

is make everything intentional in this office. And so we wanted it to be

purposeful for our staff. We wanted people to see the soul of our company. So this rope

is actually a tugboat rope, but they fashioned it in the form of what's called a mula, which is a prayer

bracelet. What a mula does is a prayer bracelet what a mula

does from a prayer standpoint is it's supposed to bring you focus and so the reason that we

brought it in here is we wanted to staff when they come in that this is a very focused place

you're trying to do something and that's symbolic the minute they walk through the door they go

oh that's the m, I have to focus.

So their mindset changes overnight.

We have a variety of art installations with names over it.

Like this is intellect, or some people call it the big head.

And what we wanted to do is have it symbolic of all the attributes and hallmarks that we have with the company.
