All right, today I want to talk about how these walks lately have been the part of my daily schedule.

fitness promise. Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000

steps a day. I'm walking right now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes.

We're coming to the end of what for me has been a very

busy and often stress-filled month. I've had three significant things going on during the month of

August. Two, our work-related one is personal. So we'll start

with the personal. We live in South Carolina, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We don't live

on the beach, but we're close, a couple of miles away. And we have laid out the invitation to family and friends to come on down.

And for whatever reason, in August, that's when

everybody decided to accept that open invitation. So most of August has been filled with

visitors. Family, mostly family, friends. We've actually got really dear friends

arriving tomorrow. They're going to be spending a week with us. I'm actually taking a week of

vacation. I will still be here for the podcast. I'm in a week from vacation from my full-time job

just to relax, enjoy their company, and enjoy the week.
