Today's 10 minute walk is helping both of us stay fitness consistent.

Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk.

It is cloudy and a little breezy. I don't know if you can hear the wind.

And that's making it feel a little bit cooler than I expected.

But all is well. I'm dressed for the cooler weather, so it is good.

One of the themes that you might hear repeated from time to time on the podcast is why isn't everybody walking for fitness?

Why isn't everybody taking advantage of what I call fitness hiding in plain sight?

Because most of us, if we are able to walk and walk pain free, most of us can simply open the front door and head out, which is what I did.

And I'm walking along one of the main streets here in our community.

But as I look around, I don't see anyone. There's no one else who is walking.
