Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent.

It is one of those beautiful winter mornings here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

And I don't mean necessarily the way it looks.

I'm out before sunrise. As best I can tell, more clouds than not. What makes this morning beautiful is, I'm going to stop for a moment. Can you hear it?
