Sales, I think, is a very humbling experience.

It's a very humbling experience because you realize very quickly how many things you suck at, right?

And I went immediately into medical device sales, which is all in the field in person.

And I'm dealing with surgeons like I'm speaking with

physicians so it wasn't like this thing where I was like you know I was like a car

nothing against car salesman I'm just saying like it wasn't like I was in a position where I

could just kind of like say whatever I want there are people who are listening to this or

thinking about starting something they're doing something and they're sort of resident

reticent right they're just kind of sitting back and sort of collecting data and that kind

of thing. You guys decide to go out and start this coaching company. Talk a little bit about

the mindset behind that. Yeah. I'll be honest, Mike, this business model is one of the lowest risk, lowest barrier

to entry business models out there for anybody looking to generate five to 10k a month,

start an online business that can be managed completely remotely, and who's always wanted

to get in real estate but didn't have the capital. And I'm not just saying that.

So what we have every landlord or property owner do is sign an addendum with us.

So this is an additional document on top of the lease that says, hey, you know that I'm running this as a short term rental.

Right.

So like I have legal permission to do this.

But on top of that, I include terminology in that addendum that says if, for whatever reason, legally, I no longer

have the capability to do this, the lease is void, right? Did you know there's a technology that's
