So Paul, I'm really excited you're on the show. So maybe just give me a little background on the coaching side because I just obviously disclosed some of the military side. But you were also a computer programmer? Yeah, that's right, Tom. And thanks for having me on the show. Of course. So, yeah, I got my undergrad in computer programming.

I actually worked as a programmer for years and years before I got into project management

and then went to the dark side, got into consulting and did a lot of government, even international

consulting, which was actually very cool.

All this before I got into real estate, which is actually a lot more fun.

How did you get 22 years of military computer programmer than your consulting, aka the dark side,

so we should probably unpack that, but maybe not.
