Putting an average effort and not getting the result you want is more tiring than putting an

0:07.1

exceptional effort and actually getting the result because you're not getting the energy

0:13.2

of the result that feeds you to go and do the next exceptional effort.

Hey everyone, welcome back to the show. It's time for another quicky because there's

0:28.4

always time to fit an inspiration. I'm so grateful for you tuning in and listening to this podcast

0:34.6

and if you are also in your fire season, if you've been listening lately, you guys know that I

0:42.9

feel like I experienced what was a very long winter. I think on the outside it looks to people

0:48.5

like everything is great and I'm still doing all the things but I knew that I was in a season of

0:56.0

just massive growth also hitting walls and struggle and feeling like oh my gosh, when am I ever

1:47.5

not clarifying while you're in them but I almost view it as like killing off certain things. It's

1:53.2

almost like in winter things have to die for a while, things that weren't serving you anymore

1:59.3

in order to regenerate this new. So you're just in a season where you're essentially naturally

2:06.5

killing things off, letting things fall to the wayside, seeing what's working for you and what

2:11.2

isn't working for you. And if you are in that season but you feel you're coming out the other

2:17.5

side or you feel you want to plug in, Chris and I have created something just for you and this podcast
