with the tooth of God's word. Today we're going to be talking about one of the many ways

Alright today we're looking at Proverbs chapter 22 verses 24 and 25. We are getting right

near the end of Proverbs chapter 22 and I hope you've been benefiting from this today. We're

going to be talking about the trap of anger. Let's read the passage and then we'll come

back and think it through for a bit. It says make no friendship with an angry man and

with a furious man do not go. Lest you learn his ways and set a snare for your soul.

Now find this very interesting because not only is this section saying be with leery

about being a friend with an angry man but the reasons that it says we should not be

a friend with an angry person are what are most destructive to me. Now let's get really

clear on this scenario that is painting for us. It says first make no friendship with

an angry man. So that means don't hang out with a person like this. Don't make them

one of your comrades or our companions on a regular basis and don't even go places

with them. Don't hang out with them in a way that you might get caught in the wake of

what's going to happen because of their anger. And here is the reasons that Solomon gives.
