We are back at Sex Chat for Christian Wives, and we have talked a lot on this podcast about

being able to discuss sex with your husband and even have more than one conversation,

which is Bay's trademark advice.

But today we want to walk you through the specifics, whether it's actually for small

changes, an overhaul of your sex life, or something in between. How can you talk to your

husband about sex? First, I should say that Chris is not with us today. She was not feeling well,

but we hope she'll be back next time. And I am here with Bonnie and Gay, so let's just start with some basics.

Ladies, oftentimes we find it easier to have sex than to discuss it.

Why is it so difficult to address the topic of sex with our husband?

And what can wives do to address the challenges?

I think sex is often seen through an emotionally charged lens because of past history, childhood stuff, or, you know, even culture.

But I think that emotionally charged lens creates a – because if you're embarrassed, if you're ashamed, if you feel inadequate, you're not going to want to talk about those things.

So what can you do about those challenges?

My suggestion is that you approach sex with curiosity.

And if you're going to have a conversation, put on your lab coat and pretend you're a scientist and you're just investigating something and kind of shed the emotional
