Not long ago, I asked you all to write in with the most urgent questions that you had

about your careers and I got a lot of mail.

That's what a pandemic, a recession, and a lot of unemployment will do, but one question

came up more than any other and the people asking it were almost entirely women.

They wrote to say, my family needs me right now, I'm thinking about taking time away from

work, can you do an episode about that?

You bet we can.

I called one of our listeners to learn more about it.

Her name is Mirna Setti and she lives in Florida.

Mirna has two girls ages eight and six.

This spring they were in kindergarten in second grade.

They had to finish the year remotely.

Mirna is an attorney in her 15th year of practice and she loves it.

But it's been hard having the girls home.
