Jane Clayson Johnson, who I'm sure many of you are familiar with her name, and we discuss her new book called Silent Souls Weeping, sharing stories, finding hope all around the concept of depression and clinical depression as it is found in the world but most importantly in our culture and what leaders can do to better

recognize it to be aware of it and to destigmatize it how we can talk about it

more and remove the shame that surrounds us, especially in the context of, you know, a full-time missionaries in the context of LGBT individuals in the context of just everyday people who on the surface look like they're the happiest

person in the world and everything is going great but deep down inside they're

fighting a silent silent battle. This would be absolutely a book I would recommend recommend any new leader, even if you're an old leader or an experienced leader, you've got to check this book out and this such a fantastic discussion that you can now hear and understand more why this is an important subject.
