We've been getting so many emails and posts in our group and page about the rise and the frequency

and intensity of anxiety attacks during this challenging time.

So I am ready to dive right in and talk about it so that we can help as many as possible.

Yeah, it's a very troubling thing when you experience an anxiety attack and then

this fear of the fear kicks in and we're getting as you said chain lots of

concerned messages about this happening. The thing with anxiety attacks is

they tend to be short-lived they usually only last a few minutes, but it's a few minutes of absolute horror.

They're so physically present and they take over the mind and body with such speed and intensity.

They can be really frightening and very physical.

So that leaves long-lasting effects, almost like a phobia.

So after an anxiety attack, it's common and completely understandable to feel fearful about it happening again.
