about you or about your work or about how you're being and being able to be a lot more relaxed

and confident in the face of feedback and others' opinions. And I know that's a tall order, perhaps,

especially as you've lived a lot of your life, maybe

as a nice person or social anxiety, where we tend to be very sensitive to the perspectives

and of others, let alone the negative perspectives or feedback of others.

So this is an extremely important thing to be able to build in ourselves to be more okay

with other people having

perspectives and opinions about us. And this matters not just for those rare moments where

someone pulls you aside and says, let me give you some feedback. This affects you every

moment of the day because we can be unconsciously constructing our lives,

your entire way of being in the world,

to avoid that feedback.
