If you had told me 10 years ago that it was possible for me to stop eating at night, I would’ve called BS.


It was a habit that I didn’t think I could ever shake, but guess what? I was wrong! In this episode of Weight Loss for Busy Physicians, I’m sharing the tips and tricks I used to break the habit of eating at night when I wasn’t really hungry so that I could have peace and freedom around food at all hours of the day and night.
