I have kids. There's a few things that I would die for. My kids are one of them. So I care more about

their future than mine. It's been well documented that out of all the world's wealthy nations,

I'm coming to you from America. I know that we have people from other countries here.

But out of all the world's wealthy nations, the United States is by far the most unhealthy.

So we've got money, but we're the most unhealthy and suffering the most with chronic disease.

So that's a kind of a paradox where we have the most resources and we have the worst health status.

Have you noticed that the world that we live in has been doing most of the thinking for

you?

That your beliefs, perceptions, reactions, fears and doubts have been shaped by unsolicited

outside noise?

How easy it's been for you to slip into that default sleepwalk walking mode and label it as life and reality.
