Good. How are you? I'm so excited.

I am equally excited. I promise you that what's going on? How is everything?

It's it's good. It's crazy. I'm working from home. So it's different working from home.

And I'm in I do. I work for a college. So I live in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. So about four hours.

Yeah, four hours north of Toronto. So as we say up here, you know, 10 months of winter, two, two months of bad tobogganing.

I'm not that bad, but I like it. Yeah, my husband, I'll have to take, I can't take the credit. My husband. So I work for community college and I work in IT.

So it's been very, very busy trying to get everybody set up working remotely and get all the teachers set up to continue studies for the students, right, to get them through the, the hump and the year.

So it's been crazy. And so I'm not a technical person as you can tell with computer stuff. So I'm the admin assistant to the CIO and the whole department.

So it's busy though, like really, really busy. So yeah. So it's it's been a challenge working at home because I'm not used to it. I'm very socially engaged with people.

So it's, yeah, it's a bit of a stretch for me to be stuck in my house. But you know what, we have to do what we have to do, right.

That's exactly right. Is that the hardest part for you is not being around other people right now?

Yeah. Yeah. And I'm such a Jim Rat. Right. That that has been like huge. Of course, our gym shut down.

I'm an avid Jim goer, right, have been, have been since I kind of changed my lifestyle in mid 30s to early 40s. So I'm 50. I'm going to be 58.

So I've been kind of doing this for for a while. So that was the hardest part is, oh my god, my gym's closed. So I do, I'm lucky fortunate enough that I have some dumbbells and kettlebells.

And so I've been like doing some stuff at, yeah, doing stuff at home. I have, I have an exercise bike. I have bands. I have an ab roller. I, you know, so I do have a few things and to be quite honest, I went out and bought a few things as soon as I saw.
