1:03.0

Today I'm super excited to bring you a coaching call with none other than Heather.

1:10.0

Oh, you heard it right. It's Heather interviewing Heather. It doesn't get better than this.

1:16.0

So Heather was awesome. She has lost 106 pounds. She's been struggling a little bit with maintaining and going through some changes due to the being sick and the pandemic.

1:27.0

She's trying to be working on a maintenance window and just making peace with the entire process.

1:34.0

So we talked a lot about how to manage her lower brain, her chatter and her head and different strategies that she could start to work on right away.

1:42.0

I think that this coaching call is going to be extremely eye-opening and helpful for all of you that are on a weight loss journey and or in maintenance.

Before we do, I've been having a lot of questions on the difference between the podcast premium and half size me community.

The community not only has that aspect, but it also has the six steps to success.

2:33.0

It has all the course material courses, things that you can go through. It has an entire webinar library that is not been released to the general public.

2:44.0

So this is all new material that you would never have heard before. You would get access to all the hundreds of webinars we have through a different podcast app.

2:53.0

You have access to our beautiful moderators, all the community members. You can ask questions, get support. So it's a very interactive learning based environment.

3:04.0

The podcast premium is you get all 500 and 36 episodes of the half size me show. Okay. But there is no interactivity. There are no courses.

3:17.0

There is no posting daily, any of that kind of stuff. You get the show early. You get to listen to every single episode we've ever released, which right now is not available to the general public.

3:29.0

This is the only way to get all the half size me podcasts. You get bonus audio content. And you can submit a question on the ask me anything thread. So these are two totally separate things.
