So today we're talking about, as you could say we're bringing it back to the start.

We're sort of tying all that knowledge that we learned this week together and we're talking very practically about starting seeds indoors,

the lighting requirements specifically for that. So Leslie, are there any, I guess, misconceptions or really

common mistakes you see with people when they're starting seeds indoors specifically related to the lighting requirements?

Oh yes, well it's kind of like everyone's first failure, right?

Is the sad, you know, the see, oh, I'm going to start these seeds and I'm putting them in my

window sill.

And then you watch these seeds germinate and they get taller and

taller and linkier and then they flop over. Right? Probably every beginning

seed starter has had that cultural fake news out there. You should do a whole week on that.

Just the photo on your light, the box that your light came in often will

display the incorrect distance, right? Well, the incorrect number of lights, the incorrect

distance from the light, you know, there's a the incorrect

distance from the light.

You know, there's all sorts of things.

So a lot of people think you can start really happy healthy seedlings

on your window sill.

Generally not gonna.

You might randomly get lucky with a few things if you've got
