practical piece of advice. Number one, master your mornings by getting control of your night

routine. Many people just wake up in the morning. They go about their day without a plan.

They just take the day as it comes instead of mastering the day from the start. But if you can

people who come to me for advice is to get control of your nighttime routine. Now let me read to you

Hebrews chapter 12 verse 11 where it says no discipline is enjoyable while it's happening.'s painful but afterwards there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way now of course we understand that this is talking about divine discipline but the spiritual principle here is that discipline or correction though painful in the moment, eventually yields powerful results.

So in particular, getting control of your night routine. Maybe you stay up scrolling on social media,

or snacking, or just aimlessly wondering throughout the day. I heard someone say that staying up late
