I want to show you how to surrender to the precious Holy Spirit.

Let's read this verse, 1 Corinthians 127.

Instead, God chose the things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And he chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful. In other words,

in our weakness, we find strength. When we yield to the precious Holy Spirit, we invite his influence. It's time to stop

living in your own strength. It's time to stop living according to your own will. It's time to stop

trying to fight the battles in your own power. There is power untold waiting to be tapped

if you'll simply yield to the Holy Spirit.

So how does that look in practical everyday life?

You hear these concepts, surrender to the Holy Spirit, yield to the Holy Spirit, obey the Holy Spirit.

What does this look like in everyday life?

I'll show you.

Number one, reverence His Word. In Isaiah 66, verse two, we read,

My hands have made both heaven and earth. They and everything in them are mine. I, the Lord,

have spoken. I will bless those who have humble and contrite hearts who tremble at my word.

Now notice here that before you can begin to tremble at his word, you have to have a humble
