Today I'm speaking with Michelle Faust, who has a beautiful testimony, an encounter with the Holy Spirit that changed the way she saw everything.

And even you're bringing us some insight on what it means to surrender to the Holy Spirit.

So let's just go back to that testimony, that story, and walk the people through how this all started, where it took you,

some of the shifts that took place in your mind afterwards. I want to know everything the Lord's

given you. Absolutely. So this goes back to 2021. And it came from a question, my husband asked me,

do you want to go to the beach for an evening now I said

yes I have four children a really social husband and demanding loud cat so I was like yes I want to be

alone and I love to pray I love to read and it's hard to get undistracted time sometimes so I went to

the beach a couple days later.

And there I took a prayer walk up and down the beach.

And I was like, I need to go to the prayer room, like the hotel room.

So I went over and about three o'clock in the afternoon entered the hotel room.

And I started to pray and pray in tongues and worship.

And I didn't know what I was searching for.

But it just kind of led to one

hour, two hours, three hours, four hours, five hours, you know, midnight, about three o'clock. Somewhere

after three, I fell asleep. And I woke up at seven o'clock so frustrated because nothing happened and so resigned that I had spent

so much effort and time. And I'm like, if nothing is going to happen in 16 hours, Pastor David,

nothing is going to happen. I just resigned. And there's a level of frustration that you hit

when you're like, I have prayed and prayed and prayed and you know there's a level of frustration that you hit when you're like, I have prayed and prayed
