So I set goals based on, we look at our teams and we look at what have you done from a regular

basis.

So like, what did you do last month, the previous week, whatever it may be, and that gives

us a rough baseline on how things are growing within our marketing, which then allows us

to figure out, all right, based on how many experiments we're running, what are realistic

goals that we should aim for per quarter per year.

We try not to do it weekly.

We do look at results per week and what people are getting done per week and we'll have
