1:03.7	Yeah, we are excited to have you. So, how are you get started by telling us a little bit about
1:07.6	yourself and what you do? Sure. So my name's Eliana. I am a career coach,
1:12.0	and I primarily work with the millennial Gen Z generation, those who are predominantly in the
1:18.1	workforce right now. And my goal is really helping people get to the next level in their careers
1:22.3	through learning the strategy, setting the goals, developing the mindsets to be able to do that. And a lot of my focus
1:29.4	is really in career pivots in transitions. It's those who have been working mid-career. They're getting
1:35.5	to that breaking point. They're realizing they're not on the right path anymore. And they're wanting
1:40.0	to make a change, but not really quite sure what that change should be. And grappling with a lot of the questions of, if I make this change, am I going to have to start all over? Am I going to have to take a major pay cut? Do I have to go back to school and really figuring all of that out? And my goal is to help them realize that, no, you don't need to start from scratch. You don't need to take that major pay cut. You can leverage the skills you have to find the right career and build one that you feel aligned with and that you feel excited about.
