What's more important at least on the short-term rental side in my opinion is closing costs 1A obviously a good deal is 1B but if you can get you know if it's a 600,000 dollar home half a million dollar home and you can go 520 instead of 500 but get $20,000 in closing costs.

It's most of time going to make sense to do that more often than not, especially if you're not

worried about a praise value.
