Believe me, the prices are going to go up too, because they have to cover, you know, that you're going to pay for that this compliance cost.

Somebody's going to have to fill that stuff out, and especially if it's complicated.

If it's simple, like I said, it took me like 10 or 15 minutes to get mine done, it was a really simple one.

But others can take like an hour or something so these

firms are going to be charging you you know if your LLC cost 500 bucks to set up now it's

going to cost you 700 bucks. There's a hidden cost there somewhere.

We got two major changes in 2024.

Two big ones.

One is the Corporate Transparency Act. What does it mean to the

big change this year, is now we got a forced state that is basically going to be a
