Summary

What if I told you your procrastination isn’t a personality flaw? In this episode, I’ll show you why you’re not lazy — your brain is just running old survival wiring that treats discomfort like danger. That’s why hard things trigger anxiety, avoidance, and self-sabotage. I’ll teach you how to retrain your brain, flip your fear response, and make growth feel safe — so you stop choosing comfort and start building the life you actually want. Feeling stuck?
