started, how about you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

Okay, great. Well, I'm a long-term educator. I started when I was way before

you even needed a degree. So I've almost got, almost got 50 years of education. And throughout that

time, I've taught and been a counselor. I was an attenurate counselor. And I've been a principal here in

Toronto in diverse cities where

there's lots of immigrant refugee, a lot of street fights, a lot of women's shelters, a lot of

violence, pockets. I was always in those heavy areas. And I've also been a principal abroad.
