Summary

Today, I'm exploring how our early experiences and surroundings shape who we become—and more importantly—how we can rewrite those scripts to create the life we truly want. Think of our minds like super-complex computers; they run on programs we pick up from childhood onward. These programs influence everything from our behaviors to how we think about ourselves and the world. From the moment we're born, we're soaking up information like sponges. It's fascinating to see how much of what we learn comes from observing those around us, especially during those crucial early years. I'll be sharing insights on how to uncover these subconscious programs, challenge them, and ultimately, rewrite them to align with your goals and dreams. If you're ready to take charge of your programming and steer your life in a new direction, this episode is for you!

sophisticated computer. Our minds and computers operate on a set of programs.

And so when someone says you have been programmed,

But really what it comes down to is we pick up patterns which

1:05.1

aka are basically programs. You know you if you buy a computer with no programs on

1:11.3

it it's completely useless it's not going to do very much.

1:14.4

It needs a program to access the internet, a program to access PowerPoint, a program to

1:20.1

play music, everything that it runs off of our different computers, I'm sorry, different

1:25.1

programs. Your brain works exactly the same way. Our brains are extremely complex, far more

1:31.9

complex than any man-made computer, and it has very similar principles

1:36.9

in the fact that like a computer, the brain requires programming to function and run effectively in the world that we live in, you know, in society

1:46.8

in order to be able to be domesticated in order to work in society, right?

1:52.2

You know, when you go and you purchase a new computer, it doesn't, you know, perform straight out of the box. You need to install everything that you need to install in order for it to get better in order for you to do everything that you want. You know, if you're the type of person who wants to record a podcast, well, then you might need garage band on your Macbook or you might need another program, logic, whatever it might be. The human brain, especially in really early developmental stages, requires
