question really varies from person to person. And it's kind of a loaded question. There's a lot here.

I think to how many people reward themselves with food after a tough day. If they're having a lot of

food and reward really goes back to childhood most people think of dessert or candy as a treat.

You know, many of us only got dessert if we finished everything on our plate.

So that alone puts that sugar up on a pedestal and makes us want it even more and then creates a negative association with the vegetables on the plate or whatever
