you let's start out off by uh talking about your background a little bit how you got into coaching and programming for

CrossFit athletes.

Yeah, that's a great question.

I guess, you know, start with a little bit of my own, you know, athletic background.

I, you know, I, you know, played lacrosse,

kind of football growing up, East Coast, you know, played a little bit at the college level.

And then, you know, just like everyone else, you know, after college kind of sports, team sports,

kind of goes away.

And at that time, I got introduced to, you know, rock climbing, kind of alpine climbing and, you know,

the big technical mountains, you know, the Himalayas and, you know, the French Alps and spent a lot of time in Yosemite climbing.
