Which is terrible expectations. Let me say something marriage is going to be a battle that you're going to win. Oh, Whether it's relationships work, money or other stressors, the challenges of life can discourage all of us.

It's human nature sometimes to feel

discouraged and overwhelmed. Let me say this, even though all of us will be

discouraged from time to time, how you respond when you're down is always a

choice.

Today I want to share with you three keys

on how we can overcome discouragement in our everyday lives.

Key number one is a Godword mindset.

Is focusing your mind toward God and David was a master at this.

Now in the book of Psalms, there are 150 Psalms in the book of Psalms.

73 of the 150 Psalms were attributed to King David.

David was a worshipper. In many of the Psalms, I absolutely love the book of Psalms.

Nothing ministers to my heart more than the book of Psalms. Nothing ministers to my heart more than the book of Psalms,

especially when I'm going through something bad. And that's because the book of Psalms

were written largely when David was going through some very difficult times in his life.

So this is Psalm 16-8 written by David, and here's what David says,

I have set the Lord always before me because he is at my right hand I shall not be moved.

A Godword mindset.

See what the devil wants you to have is a godless mindset.

He wants you to see the giants, the mountains, the problems, the lions, the tigers, and the bears, but he doesn't want you to see God.

And David chose to see God in everything.
