honestly I'm going to talk about prioritizing things in this video and while I prioritized this podcast last week was just so hectic that I wasn't even able to prioritize a time to film it without sacrificing something else that I really had to get done or really wanted to get done.

So that's sort of why there was an episode last week and that's why this one is late.

It's been super crazy lately and I It's been prioritizing other things

that had to get done,

but now things have settled back down again

just in time for our stride one year anniversary which is so exciting.

So things might get hectic again but I'm trying to get ahead of it this week

because I have a couple days on during this week that I can like get other things done during

the day that I normally couldn't. So we'll go into all of that but I think it's so

important to organize and maximize your day in your life because it'll help you feel so much more like you

have your life in control and that like you are controlling your day rather than

set the tone for what's important to you what you want to get done and you choose

everything that's going to get done and it also just helps you feel a lot less stressed out. Like don't

get me wrong, I still have very stressful days where I have a lot of things to do. But the way that

I do it is very organized and I only give myself things to do every day that I know I can get done every single day.

So like today I have an entirely full to-do list but it's all

tasks that I know that I can do today so I'm not that overwhelmed even though it's a
