excited so excited for this episode. Today I'm going to be talking all about

business and how I opened up a business and how you can too.

I actually filmed this episode a really long time ago, but it's such a big topic that I had no idea where to start so I kind

of just told like a timeline of what we did and it was a hot mess it was too long

and I was like bored and I was like if I'm bored

everyone's gonna be bored so I didn't even upload it. So this time I

had you guys ask me questions on Instagram what you wanted to know and I posted it like 20 minutes ago and I was

like okay I'm going to post this and then I'm going to go to the gym and when I come home I'll

do this video but I got so excited that I'm just

going to do it now because talking about business quite literally lights my

soul on fire and I love talking about it so I'm really excited to dive into this and I'm really

excited to talk about everything and when I was starting Stride which is my

spin studio no one. No one talked about this stuff,

and I was always so frustrated

because no one told you how to get funding.

No one told you how to get the money.

No one told you how to get the permits, or anything like that and like I didn't have

anyone to ask so I would have loved for something like this so I hope that this

helps one of you guys out there and if you aren't opening a business and you just like

decided business I hope you find this interesting so here we go I'm so
