1:07.2	MM4, what have you kind of been seeing going on in Knoxville?
1:11.1	Could you do a little bit, a lot of the commercial real estate?
1:13.5	And for those who don't know, salons targets anywhere from smaller, multifamily to larger,

1:19.9	So you really specialize in the Knoxville, East Tennessee market.
1:24.1	So what have you kind of been seeing in that particular space in the last six months to, we'll say six months, because I feel like a year ago is like a whole new market.
